没，但是看到猪kidney, 很想吃但不会做。
我买过一次kidney，自己破开来，去掉那些白色的筋，反复泡水洗干净，然后切成花，烫一下，再炒，那个味道还是很大，没人要吃。后来再也不买了

我的方法吗？
排骨洗净，厨房纸吸干水，我顺便拍了拍希望把肉打松。然后我撒黑胡椒，想到白熊说盐不能早放，所以马上微波炉里grill档叮了15分钟，还是生的，我就放烤箱里又烤了近30分钟，拿出来撒了盐，又放微波炉里叮了5分钟确保断生。然后就是照片上的样子了。

没腌制过的烤法：
Oven
Instructions: Oven 200oC/ Fan 180oC/ Gas 6 45-50 minutes. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Carefully remove foil and place back into the oven for another 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Grill
Instructions: Temp: Medium

Oven
Instructions: 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 25 mins Remove meat from pouch, place onto a baking tray and cover with foil. Place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, discard foil, open sauce sachet and pour over the ribs coating evenly. Return to oven for further 5 minutes.
Microwave
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Barbeque
Instructions: For a chargrilled barbecue effect cook as per cooking guidelines above, then place on the barbecue for a further 5 minutes, turning frequently.
