饮食上中国超越蛮夷2000年，这个还真不是吹。
吃遍了欧洲各国美食，没有一个给俺留下啥印象，只有一个笼统的印象，就是欧洲厨师做的饭，大部分是给猪吃的，哈哈哈

To be honest, a lot of “classically trained” professionals are partial to what they know best (I guess one could call this snobbish)
If you have ever watched MasterChef the professionals, you would notice that dishes that are neither French nor Italian don’t tend to fair well in the later stage of the competition.
