cap是指提价后的电气价格有上限，常规家庭一年电气费不超过2500。你家是城堡，不属于常规用度。

没有 家里24/7有人，而且boiler比较旧。今年换新的，不知道能不能省下一些

唉 :face_exhaling: 电气费用高的不一定是城堡，也有可能是老旧的back boiler

如果你家锅已经旧了打算换，我建议那就早点换吧，boiler and labor cost 都在飙，新锅用着舒服也省bill。（今年装修明显比去年高了好多::sneezing_face:）
