怎么会突然下降怎么多？女性普遍贫血，上次医生给我开的铁剂然后搭配了治便秘的药，不过吃完了一个疗程就不想吃了。你最好避免出远门……
我去年暑假验过一次血，那时还是120多，难怪最近手脚冰凉，怎么都暖不起来，还特别累

听医生的吧，如果是nhs，把症状说严重一点，英国现在太能拖了。祝福
是不是太瘦啊？女孩子刻意节食会产生忽高忽低的指标问题还伴随便秘欣慰摄入量本身也会减少。
最好做个全身检查。回国还是延缓吧。
记得小时候家里补血就是吃猪肝。就是酱油放上葱姜蒜盐煮熟。
是不是经期量大？还要查血的铁含量之类的。如果是，就赶紧补铁，有那种液体状的不会对肠胃有太大影响。 否则就是赶紧查是不是消化道出血，肠镜胃镜之类的。
月经一直量都很大，每次来人基本都是废了。
但不知道为什么最近才开始贫血
