不是。是镜头锁定了头部位置，同步移动。

也许是 camera man 功劳

Film at a higher resolution then crop.
E.g. Adobe AE has a face tracking function that will automatically reposition the video so your subject is always centred, then you just need to crop the video so that it always fill the frame
